Special Attributes: Half-leather binding. Hand marbled boards. Farm setting picture drawn on front pastedown endpaper.  
Condition: Fair. Scuffing and wear on boards. Binding covering the spine is torn and missing in places, however pages are still bound together and attached to spine. One page loose but present. Light tanning, foxing and other marks on pages, mostly not interfering with the legibility of the text. A small hole in front free endpaper. Section cut out of the blank part of one page.
